Purchase Order: Emetrix accept purchase orders from qualified corporations and organizations on orders of $100 or more. You can submit the purchase order to us by fax (801-497-9456) or mail (see address below.) Emetrix cannot accept purchase orders by email. Please note that we can only accept purchase orders with pricing in US Dollars.
